Our current website collects enquiries and newsletter subscriptions. This policy does not cover a separate product account, customer upload, AI interaction or formal research study. Unsubscribing stops newsletters and promotional updates. We may still send a necessary response to a specific enquiry you initiate, or a notice required by law. If you want us to stop an ongoing enquiry conversation as well, tell us when you contact us.

How long we keep information

We keep enquiry details and correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary to respond and maintain the product or research conversation you requested. When that purpose ends, we delete or anonymize information unless a specific legal obligation or the establishment or defense of a legal claim requires longer retention. We do not retain enquiry information indefinitely simply because you once contacted us.

We keep newsletter details while you remain subscribed. After you unsubscribe, we remove you from active mailing lists and retain only the minimum suppression or preference record needed to respect your choice, plus any record we must retain under applicable law. Information held in backups is removed through the relevant backup cycle and is not used for marketing after an opt-out.

Necessary technical and security records are kept only for the period needed for their operational or security purpose.

Security and processing locations
