These Terms of Use govern your use of https://www.vionyxai.com and its public pages, including our portfolio, research content, enquiry forms and newsletter signup. The website is operated by Vionyx AI, based in California, United States ("Vionyx AI", "we", "us" or "our").

Please read these Terms before using the website. If you do not agree to them, please stop using the website. These Terms apply to the extent an enforceable agreement is formed under applicable law. Our Privacy Policy separately explains how we handle personal information; accepting these Terms does not itself constitute consent to every use of personal information.

Website information and services

The website introduces our products, services and research and allows you to contact us or subscribe to updates. Sending an enquiry or subscribing to our newsletter does not create a paid engagement, research partnership or right to access a product.

Any consulting engagement, product access, research participation or pilot will be governed by the separate agreement or terms provided for that activity. That agreement will control the relevant activity if it conflicts with these website Terms.

Research and portfolio content

Research articles, prototypes, demonstrations and references to products under development, including Athena where described, are provided for information. They may describe experimental work, proposed capabilities or results achieved under particular conditions. They are not promises of a release date, availability, performance in your environment or a particular business outcome.

Portfolio examples describe the project and circumstances stated in each example. Results can vary between projects. A reference to another organization does not establish its endorsement of Vionyx AI unless expressly stated.

Website content is not professional legal, medical, financial or other regulated advice. Independently evaluate information before relying on it for an important decision. If a page includes AI generated or experimental output, that output may contain errors and requires appropriate human review.

Avoid sending passwords, sensitive personal information, confidential business material or another person's personal information through a general enquiry form. Arrange an appropriate confidential channel with us before sharing confidential information. A general enquiry does not create a confidentiality agreement.

You retain ownership of material you submit. You give us permission to receive, store and use that material only as reasonably necessary to review your enquiry or feedback, respond and continue the conversation you requested. This permission does not authorize public publication of your submission. Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Newsletter communications

If you subscribe, we may send updates about Vionyx AI products, research and related activities. You can unsubscribe through the link in a newsletter or by emailing privacy@vionyxai.com.

Submitting an enquiry alone does not subscribe you to the newsletter.
